Hi Giorgio,

I'm a new customer to your sites and let me begin by saying that your directing/acting is simply fantastic. There is really nothing more i can ask for the movies themselves, truly great, if you had releases on DVD, i would try to get every single one.

I do have a couple as requests about the technology though.
Firstly, Picture quality, this is my main problem, i simply find the picture quality of the HD video downloads lacking (I assume that these are the ones with best PQ), regular porn DVD are usually better. And i get dizzy when the camera moves due to motion lag (which is really a bitrate problem), is there anyway you can give us better PQ? I for one wouldn't mind bigger downloads as a result of this.

Secondly, bandwidth? I understand that you need to limit the downloads to 1 per IP address but there seem to be a cap on 300kb/s, can't this be more if less customers are downloading at the same time ?

Third, navigation, i feel a bit limited by the 3 scenes per page layout.
And also, you have the web address always in the downright corner, can't it fade away after a while or become see-through/smaller?

Well, I check my download speed several times a day from 2 different provider and the more slowly is around 700Kbps. I guess is a problem of your provider. (Are you connected from german??)

No, I'm referring to the actual video quality, i assume it's heavily compressed and that causes it to be blurry and have "motion lag" (more blur) during movement. Would it be possible to put up bigger and less compressed (better quality) videos for us to download? I'm not watching this on a small monitor but a big screen tv which makes quality very important. I would prefer to download fewer but bigger (better quality) videos.

No from denmark. It might be at my end then but i should have 1mb/s according to my provider, i guess our end to end communication gets slower. Would it be possible to allow 2 downloads at the same time instead of one then? That would solve my problem with speed.
