And DVDs are not faster or simpler, network sites are much better probably much more profitable and much cheaper for costumers, releasing DVDs afterwars is a plus for most companies.

I hope that Sineplex do not fail this time casue probably is their last chance.The more the merrier RIGHT?

I don't think that websites are cheaper for the consumer. If you describe to 4 or 5 sites that costs you easily around 100 - 150 USD per month. And many websites offer only one new scene per week, so 4 or 5 per month for around 30 USD. A DVD woth 4 or 5 scenes costs me around 20 - 25 USD. Faster - yes, but not cheaper (and in the case of the Sineplex also not faster). And where's the difference if I buy a DVD and share it online after or downloading a scene from the web and share it online after?

The only thing that will work in the future without a copy protection is the way Pierre Woodman is making business now. Only release the DVD when you have enough per-orders and then putting it online a few month after. So you have the guarantee that you sell a minimum of copies. But it's not customer friendly, especially if you want 10 USD only for shipping the DVD, like Pierre does.
