I'm with you. She's turned into a Pam Anderson version of herself. I think the success of girls with plastic surgery has a serious misconception. It isn't that porn fans like the 2.0 version. I think it is the desire of a women who would put herself through that dictates success. I think they get the "enhancements" and market themselves more aggressively.

Just an observation.

Just an observation.

I have to agree; she used to be gorgeous and one of my favourites. Whilst I hate all breast implants, hers are worse than most, being a horrible unnatural shape with unsightly scars. I also hate her ridiculous fish lips. But she still has a spectacular arse and beautiful eyes.

Ok, after watching a couple Aletta 2.0, for honesty's sake i have to retract what i've said a few posts above.
Still prefere the old one hands down but I can definitely get into her new self...
