Very interesting content! :)
If these people you interviewed talk openly and not the usual PR talk we got used to in porn, this could answer a lot of my questions concerning the future of the biz.Especially looking forward for that Darren Roberts interview.

Thats is indeed one of the main concepts, real talk, no PR and no free promo talk, but the real life from today.

I am also very happy to have those famous and important names, persons and companies in the first issue and i can say the information regarding the interviews are more then usefully.

The interview with Darren Roberts is a very good one, very informative and also the one with Pierre is an interview that he has not done so far, very open and strong. This first issue gives many answers to many people regarding many different topic inside the real active adult industry of today and the real future, because those are the leaders speaking who rules the industry and that is a new generation to bring in a nice way to the readers.

R Rated Magazine is not an adult content picture minded magazine, R Rated is a magazine that provides the real business in a way that is never done before, see it as a magazine that brings the good ones in the spotlight with info, questions and reports never done or seen before.

Also we don't handle the "advertise with us and get a free report system" like almost every other magazine is doing, we keep our questions, graphics, and lay out based on facts and we do take the time to research at front, and a double check up after.

After receiving many mails on our editorial department with the questions who is saying what and how it will look I will post here some quotes from the adult insiders who will be in the first edition, for the full lay out, 01 of July it will be online.

In the meantime we have started already with the second issue and the content.

---

- Mark Spiegler : "There is not many work at the moment, so I don't take more then 25 girls in my agency."
- Pietro Lucerni: "I personally think it should be interesting to use an x star for a fashion campaign."
- Viv Thomas: "We are trying to fight back at the internet piracy , but it becomes impossible."
- Roxy Deville: "Our business is suffering right now, many people are really struggling at the moment."
- Darren Roberts (CEO, AVN Magazine US): "I believe that the business is indeed experiencing difficult times."
- Louis Moire (director for Private and Dorcel - Max Candy): "I think to work in high budget movies with fresh talent is very dangerous."
- Samantha Lewis (CEO, Digital Playground US): "We will keep on fighting and prosecuting everybody who attempts to pirate our content."
- Pierre Woodman (CEO, Woodman Entertainment): "There is only one real casting line and I have been proving it for the last 16 years."

Full interviews, lay out and pictures regarding the people can be seen 01 of July online for free: ( www.r-ratedmagazine.com ).
To support the adult industry, that is the reason we have started with this magazine and that we made the investment, and yes, we don't just publish everybody in our editions, also we don't take every advertiser, it's time to get the concept back from the "golden years", so that this industry can have a good future, with good labels, directors, distributors, performers and to reach the biggest audience as possible with our R Rated concept and creation of lay out we where able to pull this off, so that the adult fans learns more about the real industry leaders and labels, and that the fans also knows what is going on, and with our issues the companies and directors are able to reach the fans on a more informative and deeper inside way so that all parts who are involved knows the facts.

Here you can read some comments about the Viv Thomas interview in R Rated Magazine:

( of course this topic will not have many success, because most are to busy with commenting scenes, giving "talents and stars" a own topic, seeing who is doing a boob job and finding out who is escorting and to break things as much as possible. )

it is official 13 Billion $, the leaders are not complaining, the magazines are getting good money with the advertising from labels and new technology deals, the big ones are making good deal, top labels are getting a new money incoming etc.. but the performers are in trouble ( please read good before saying something ), The point is that the people behind the scenes who are ruling the industry will go on like no problem, but cast members and all the new labels from the last 5 years will go down.

the company doesn´t pay me a dividend,
the 2007 turnover in 2007 was just 25 million €, didn´t break even,
and the decrease in dvd sales was 27% last year

ok, this is only a small company, but is this really an exception ?

Milcap Inc. has many shareholders.
The best is to keep business and stocks numbers out of topics on a open forum.
The closing from Private US in 2004 and the closing from Private Benelux in 2007 is indeed a proof and a sad fact that Private is not the label is was 8 years ago, still they are not doing bad, but looking back the last 4 years, a major company like Private ( Milcap Inc. ) is also effected by the less selling in the adult biz.

you can always mail more info to our press department our you mail direct to Barcelona for your questions, i am sure a professional company like them will give an answer regarding your dividends.

i made a comment on your words, mentioning private media,
i know where i can get my dividends

by the way: why not talking about business figures in an open forum,
when you do your promotion campaign here for free for some weeks now

even as a proclaimed insider you shouldn´t fix where the norm is,
as you said this is an open forum

1/ thanks for the comment.
2/ makes no sense to speak about numbers in here, most of the them don't even care about it here.
3/ a/ did i ever claimed to be a insider? b/ you think i promote campaign for free here? ( now i can read you follow our topics already 3 weeks )

very simple, we invested many money, working hours and more to create a good magazine, do i look to you that i need all those people here to make a living?

PS: we gave Private good comments in our magazine and good feedback, but also based on facts and the answers coming from the real insiders we are bringing out also the true current situation.

And if you want to speak open, ok, i am in, 4 years ago the production company Private ( Milcap Inc. is a different department btw ), was making fun with many sites, including this one, with the attitude "we don't need you", today Private is begging to every site for free promotion, that is also something that was not 4 years ago, besides this fact, the starts that used to be like Casandra Wild, Silvia Saint, Laura Angel, Michelle Wild etc... are now replaced by 4 new faces doing a tour to meet fans and the fans can win a breakfast in bed with them, speaking about level. Anything else? please feel free to ask.

thinks twice and try to give a good answer.

seems like you also don't get the point what we are doing to help the x biz. after 3 weeks reading our topics, and still having no idea about the concept, says enough.

By the way, you don't even know what we did for this site in past also.

Just read the topic... interesting... I will take a look on the RRated website.
I don't know why when somebody speaks about money things become harsh and polemics start...
Anyway it is true that biz is changing. It could be incredible but at the same time porn is becoming more accepted then the economics of the biz worsen.
And, it is true, the only who pay for that are those who take more risks.
I think we have still to find a balance...
but I learned at the university (yes, nasty people can also get their degree :) that in every biz there's not only capital but also work factor.
And if we loose it (because producers do not care of) well the biz will be lost... with great pleasure for morons and legal prosecutors.

Just opinions...
DP and cum are part of porn; DAP and swallows are for porn-stars!

best to read online in the magazine what the producers and labels are thinking, if on will take the time to read, and i do mean read, then we have already more answers on questions.

PS : because it is a real virtual magazine, the download can take time and small PC's are not able to handle this new flash system.

Enjoy it.
