Stemcell, I do well understand your anger, but I dont think this brings us any further.
Plastic surgery is a service provider in Budapest as porn studios or escort agencies are.

One notion in the above eromaxxxblog link which stroke me - as I never though of before - was the wish of some of those girls to alter their looks in order to be less recognizable by their old social background (home town, school, university etc) and thus start a new life (as a porn girl).
I think there would be many other ways to do it, but I can well understand this wish. :arrow: :idea:
