Well, I sure hope this is looked into carefully, because anal bleeding may lead to serious problems.
Most likely she just got an external break around the sphincter, which isn't too bad because it's basically just like a cut on the skin.
But if a hole is torn deep enough inside the colon, she could potentially be poisoned to death by her own fecal matter.....especially if it goes undetected.
That's why anal sex is considered to be very risky.
