Not heard of this Euro policy what does it cover?
Here in the UK the government are in the process of implementing porn censorship across the net so that adults have to prove their age with credit card or some other method to be decided..again from their point of view it is to protect children,i'd say that is the job of parents who allow their kids smartphones and pc access to whatever they like and not the role of government to police adults who want to view legal material on the net.
There is a move towards a more moralistic society in the UK and maybe Europe as a whole,the feminist movement has a role in this i'm sure as they look to remove not only porn but others forms of glamour where they consider women are objectified...porn was always going to be in their sights.
