Ok, anyway, please don't question the spanish justice and the police's work as if it were something like a joke or not serious, I know clearly that some witnesses are lying and just trying to take advantage of this affaire, but the main issue is not just the witnesses or ***, the main issue is the underage girl he did scenes with her and also sent by whatssap to his friends an small video of her showing her tits, and the blackmail to her father, and also is certain according to the police that they found videos and id's of underage girls in his phones and hard drives and he sold (or tried to sell) these videos to deep web, so it's logical that he can't leave to the prison. Let them to do their work.

Right, but this underage girl is one of those witnesses who lied about her age and submitted fake documentation, she also failed to disclose she had been consuming a cocktail of drugs for months and accused Torbe of dosing her with narcotics instead. We're also talking about a girl very close to 18, comparing this to actual sex offenders who look at pictures of 12/14 year old girls is just ridiculous, his account of events have been consistent with the conversations he had with people. As for blackmail.. I'll say it again, a casual conversation with someone about possibly wanting to blackmail someone is not evidence of blackmail. Plus, it looks like this conversation is edited, who knows what the real conversation actually sounds like. I learnt an important phrase in Spanish law recently; "Cogitationes poenam nemo patitur".. You cannot be punished for your thoughts, unless Torbe actually spoke with the father in a threatening manner, it isn't blackmail. I don't buy the whole photos/IDs of underage girls on his phone, why the Hell would he keep that? Supposedly he spoke with Fran about material of a 16 year old, not that he actually had material of minors... Fran is known for offences involving minors, not Torbe. Nothing is certain, especially when you consider the police say the Ukrainians were forced to record all their videos when we know extensively from this thread that this is bullshit.

Anyway.. the only source for this is from Ana Rosa, a lunchtime television magazine programme presented by feminazis who say Torbe should be in prison for making bukkake videos let alone anything else. The other papers in Spain have said nothing of this, or anything else for that matter for weeks, so forgive me if I don't swallow their revelations without question. Ana Rosa Quintana and the others are unhealthily cosy with the police from what I've read, one of them claiming the police had actually shown them the porn videos of this this then underage girl... I mean.. what?

I don't mean to brand the entire Spanish justice system as useless or such but it's clear in this case that people are pulling strings to keep Torbe in jail despite several inconsistencies and irregularities in various claims within the case. Elsewhere in Spain a guy is arrested in 2014 who trafficked children and had sex with them, charged with prostitution, abuse and corruption of minors. He served 2 months in prison before being bailed and then finally his trial was held on 20th of this month and he was sentenced to 7 years in prison but instead paid a fine of just €16,200:

Truly if Torbe is guilty of possessing/distributing child pornography, then I want nothing to do with him but that will be upon conviction in a free and fair trial...

I've had it all translated before. I understand that this is talking about the fact that the girls sent IDs with their faces present and that somehow this wasn't the case with the girl, but we know there was an issue with the secretary who failed to carry out the correct procedures (not photographing her with the ID?) on that week and Torbe realised all he had was a photocopy of her (fake) ID which has been verified by the police and the girl to be falsified. The videos of the minor on his phone and computer are of the single girl (aupa athletic aka TP2) and there is an alleged conversation with someone from Romania about having material of a 16 year old but again, it is just a conversation not actual child porn and who knows what the context is. The logic astounds me, Torbe must have known she was underage yet there she is using a fake ID precisely for the reason of hiding her age, hmmm? Once again, all this is on Ana Rosa... why is it that a lunchtime television magazine programme has all of this info exclusively and there is not a single mention of it in the newspapers?? They're even showing video of a computer in between scenes that is clearly not Torbe's but some kind of stock footage from another child sex investigation, gutter journalism!

Is not odd, this advertising is managed from companies like exoclick, juicyads, etc and there are some filters where the webmaster can block some banners and choice which banners can or can't to be in his site, since that Torbe is absent and he can't manage the filters, etc the cumlouder owner tooke advantage of this bug.

Anyway I've seen not appear already this banner, sure some worker of Torbe fixed up this...

Finally we have some news, although unfortunately it adds yet another problem for Torbe.. Apparently another trial aside from the one we are all waiting for is set for April next year, where Torbe is accused of failing to pay three actors following the production of his film "whoremonger and I":

The actors are claiming €14,500 for over 2 weeks of filming in March last year according to the benefits procured by Torbe. The figure is based on what they would be entitled to based on the collective agreement.

On the subject of the main case against Torbe, the judge is still deciding whether or not to allow Torbe to be bailed on the same conditions as *** and Mila. Also on October 10th (tomorrow) he will testify along with one of the protected witnesses according to the accusations made against him (I'm assuming this is the "minor" since he has already spoken in front of TP3 back in July). I hope that the revelations about this girl's drug taking and many lies are taken into account.

Surely the fact that Torbe has been in prison for 5 months has something to do with him not being able to pay anyone for the work done? The film has only recently been released but it doesn't state when that was. Well this is pretty trivial compared with everything else against him, let's hope for good news following the hearing tomorrow...

Thanks again for another update, Krull. I don't know where you find this stuff so quickly, but I am glad that I found this place so that I can keep up with the Torbe news too.

"Putero y yo" was never released...at least not that I am aware of. Torbe pulled the plug on the production because he was unhappy with the product. I think his reason for not paying the actors was based on a contractual term he relied on that tied those payments to the release of the film...but I could be wrong about that. Anyway, you are right...this is the least of his problems. This case sounds like a straightforward civil suit to recover damages.

I really miss Torbe, and not for his porn (I never watched that). I just hope he is hanging in there while he is locked up. I suspect that the tax evasion claims are all the Spanish prosecutors have left that they think might stick, and they are dragging out his case until they can have their investigators complete the financial analyses they will need to prove that part of the case. It seems to me that they are planning their case based on watching documentaries on the 1931 tax evasion trial of Al Capone. The whole thing is ridiculous to me.

Ahhh so 'Putero y yo' wasn't actually released? I wasn't sure about that because the translation of the article was somewhat contradictory. See, this is why you are an invaluable asset here, you know first hand what kind of non-porn projects Torbe has been involved in! Thanks! I'm sure he's mentioned it on torbe.es before, I just didn't pay much attention... Anyway, if the film hasn't been released much less made any money and payment was dependent on profit then there isn't much for him to answer for. Anyway, it is indeed trivial next to everything else.

Tax evasion charges were added some weeks after he was arrested for the other charges, whatever the deal is with that, it certainly doesn't justify denial of his freedom. We have plenty of major tax dodgers and fraudsters here walking around in public waiting for their trial dates, I'm sure the US is no different.

Ahhh good one Robin, I knew I had seen something about it in between the bukkake posts and yes there it is. Quite revealing what he says about El Confidential's treatment of the movie, them saying he is thinking of quitting porn instead of what he actually said.. "But hey, so is journalism today, you have to sell news and that things can be interpreted in many ways." How much that resonates with Torbe's current predicament is staggering since El Confidential is one of the newspapers that has been so focused on labelling Torbe as Satan in their articles on the case over the months... Anything to sell papers indeed.
