More of the case falling apart, this time it's about TP3's claims involving the "conspiracy" with the football players:

The judge has been given details of a conversation between TP3 and David Bass, secretary of Putalocura in 2012 before the alleged incident. In it they discuss her possibly doing porn scenes with Torbe in May and June of 2012 and how she eventually met with Torbe to do scenes and webcam and that it was "great". This contradicts her testimony that she was offered to do such scenes in July but refused until she was pressured into it. She lied to the judge! David's lawyers are waiting for the judge to review the evidence but are confident it could mean the case being thrown out and that would mean the case against Torbe will be seriously looked at as well. Some people are comparing Torbe's case to a certain "OPERATION AFRODITA" where the police claims about some 300 women forced into prostitution by a mafia syndicate turned out to be complete rubbish and the case was thrown out after less than a year, it's probably the same police force again..

On June 6, the protected witness called TP3 told the judge the same thing to the police a month earlier : that two players of the Spanish team, Iker Muniain and a second whose identity is unclear, abused her and other "physically and sexually" in a hotel room and presence porn entrepreneur Ignacio Allende Fernández, Torbe. girl

The sexual encounter, always according to the version of the witness, was defrayed by David de Gea. More than a month later, the prosecution has not submitted a report on these statements nor has ordered some diligence aimed to clarify whether or not a crime occurred, according to sources of the case.

Now given what we've learned above about TP3's statement, it will feed into what the judge concludes from whatever report the prosecution submits. We should expect several developments this week hopefully...

Now we're back to the negative stuff... Some girl who contacted the police after they asked for witnesses to come forward, she sent a letter to them claiming she had been drugged and raped by Torbe after she had agreed to do a scene with her boyfriend on camera. Allegedly this happened after the boyfriend left the room. I can't really make much sense of the story tbh (probably partly because the translation is shit), it feels like she did a scene and probably regretted it afterwards or something. Torbe doesn't touch drugs and these things leave a trace... yet the police dogs found nothing during the searches of his flat and businesses. I don't buy Torbe raping a girl and uploading the video to PL for a second, if you're gonna commit a crime.. you don't upload the evidence for the whole world to see...

Sometime today, Torbe will be making his declaration to the judge, he will get his chance to explain in detail his version of events requested by his lawyers in light of the new evidence about TP3 and Katy. Before this, TP3 will be making her statement to the judge also and I expect he will be challenging her on her original testimony. Although it doesn't say so here, I imagine the judge will probably be hearing *** and Mila at some point too. Let's keep our fingers crossed...

It's nice to dream. I want to see Torbe free too, but i don't forget he took Putalocura members for idiots ... During 8 months before his arrest, many people asked him for videos, and no answer, NOTHING. If police restores to Torbe his videos, they will probably not on Putalocura. And if *** really don't like Torbe, what can we expect ?
