You can ask Pierre on his forum if you want more clarification, but that statement seems clear enough to me. Pierre says she shot a casting with him but he can't show it because she refused to sign a release. It's possible she shot a scene with her bf, and Pierre is being coy by leaving out this detail, but given that she refused to sign a release, it seems more likely that she shot a scene with Pierre or a member of his team. Otherwise, why would she care if it was shown? It's hard to imagine she wouldn't be comfortable showing a scene she shot with her own bf.
