I see, it also goes under the title Sesazioni (or: Girls Obsexion - Sensazioni) and features one of the very best Julia Silver daps actually.

Those VOD caps indeed do look like Federica Tommasi is dapped in this one, too.
I have that film. And though I am not a fan of bushy Federica, I shall check that out soon.

Just watched this one again and all I can say is I am puzzled:
My copy is called Sensazioni and released by Pinko - the VOD you refer to by Pleasure Pictures. Maybe it´s an US license of the Italian original?
But worse: My dvd has a slighly other cast - without Federica Tommasi (and also Patricia), but with Christal de Boor and Brigitte Bui instead. Still the Julia Silver scene looks like exactly the same.

Maybe the Pleasure license (if it is one) was done of two Pinko movies?
Maybe the Federica Tommasi dap is one of those two daps already in the list?
I hope some Italian porn fan can help us here...
