Sineplex removes often not leaving from St.-Petersburg though also payment small, but shootings every day and can remove one girl in several Sets in day! If I will write how many they pay to girls for set, you will laugh! The girl receives for a hard from 100 dollars the maximal sum which they pay 250 for a hard with anal! Wiska now is retired and for a good reason... congratulations!
I would just say that porn is a dirty biz but everybody should always act seriously.
Everybody knows that complains can affect everybody.
Actresses can be annoying from the point of view of a producer but the crew can be perceived as a dirty gang from the actresses if the crew is not serious or don't care about them.
I know that for most of porn fans "it's just fucking" but everybody who knew the biz knows that real life is different.
Generally nobody has 100% right or wrong.
Often it's matter of feeling and bad facts that can turn worse if badly managed.

If possible for money reasons EVERY producer would like to shoot in Russia, but if you won't go to jail you need some good connections, because porn shooting is still forbidden there !

If you don't want to work for the conditions in any country don't sign the contract, thats it !

If porn shooting is illegal in Russia, then any sort of "contract" about it is also illegal, and the signature of the model doesn't mean anything.

Really, I shouldn't have to point this out to you, but apparently you have some problems with the basics of the law.

Not everything can be bad with Sineplex or why do you think most Russian models will work for them again.
