Pierre, my understanding is that we are here in a pretty restricted forum and judging how hard it has been for me in the first place to be able to join, I believe we are quite far indeed from any open public forum. My understanding is also that nice screenshots have more to do with promoting your work than ruining it. Personally, seeing good screencaps from a video makes me feel like knowing more about it rather than turning me down. But I might be wrong and if the overall opinion is that posting screencaps in this forum is indeed ruining people's work, then I don't have any problem not to post any screencaps anymore. I've done it so far as a positive contribution to this forum and its members, but should this not be the case, believe me, I can do without.

Martinpz, I would like just you to understand that it's not good to push on the direction you are doing it ! Producers suffer for losing money by piracy, thats a fact and we can handle that somehow. I think that the videocaps posted here are spoiling the biz of the producers too. If someone feels about posting content of sites here in EBI this should be in a way to promote them or to complement information of EBI. if it is not done that way, it is just pirating. it is simple as that. i think there are a lot of sites where you can find this content pirated, but ebi should not be a platform for this. so my opinion (or rule) would be that pix should not exceed a certain size and/or a certain number. which is done here with woodman and cumfortune is pirating. because i agree with woodman, that the caps shown here are revealing the whole scene with no need to maybe want to see more. if anyone here pretends that he wants to promote the sites of which he puts content online this way, should do some lessons in promoting and advertising or the much better way is that he starts to run this content in fhg with an affiliate id for these sites. thats what that the affiliate systems are made for. i think that EBI is smart enough to see the difference between promoting and pirating. EBI alway was and still is a plattform for people who love porn and the models. it is a place where also big names like woodman and some models too get in touch with anyone. so spoiling producers biz or spoiling models carreers is not the right way to enhance the motivation of producers or models to go to this place or post content here.

1/ Screens: cyberman: Very correctly said about the screens!!! Yes, its purpose should have been just to illustrate a post, a message or an idea. Anything beyond that is a violation of copyright. Particular law applications are specific to each country but the basics (ie. use common sense) are worldwide applicable.

2/ FB profiles and scaring of girls
I don't agree with you, Pierre. With all the respect to you and your work, your theory in my eyes is a plain hypocrisy. Of course shooting porn and especially
agents' work is based on that - to sell apples as oranges .

But I would always prefer to be correct and say girl the truth from the beginning. Girls need to recognize that there's almost no chance, especially in the internet age, to keep their work out of reach for everybody.
As soon as you public it it's physically sooner or later spread worldwide and there is NO control of that (and put your hand on your hearth, we all have it particulary mentioned in the MRs !!!!). So feeding an young girl's idea that it's gonna be ok, it will never be release here and there, it will be only on this web, blabla...that's hypocrisy as hell.
Of course you can put it in the MR, but later ur screwed since you can't control it, it makes all complicated.

IMHO, the situation you described happens with no doubt on a daily basis, but imho it's partially our fault not telling them the truth for ages, the same principles during scouting, shooting.... are carried from one generation to another like a fckn heritage.

Girls need to know how it's gonna be with the content in reality and it's our responsibility (legal! and moral!) to let them know and then let them decide to do it or not. Most ppl are not so stupid, but young girls looking for in most times for some extra money tend to be naive or they just don't know the business yet.

But there is a big diffrence between posting the FB profile with her "stagename" to promote her work and her personal FB profile with her real name, private pics... i see no reason to post a pic of Peneloppe and her son here... or link to her personal FB Profile ... if she had a FB Profile as Peneloppe Ferre... no question about that, thats good to add here...but not her personal one...
