so here's the thing, I am not really in a position to recommend a decision, am I? As much as I like to, I don't have the information and the understanding of the situation that you have. I wouldn't qualify to suggest one way or the other...
nevertheless, you are the master of persuasion. Trying to convince her to do the movie shouldn't be a big problem. On the other hand, having people getting your content for free is a bitch. All it takes is one bad seed... Technology can help but it's not perfect. Pretty much anything (e.g. video, photos, music, articles, reports, stats, etc.) that you can see online can be copied and shared.
we just have to acknowledge that the world is changing and we must adapt to a different business model. With that said, here are some of my random suggestions

+
be an OEM--- sort of like a computer manufacturer but for porn. there are companies who are doing it already but if you can have exclusive girls under you, you have a competitive advantage
+
pay-per-minute before full release--- have all of your new releases go pay-per-minute for a fixed period before an online or DVD release. This would at least ensure the hardcore fans to chip in before everyone gets their copy. Let's face, there are people out there won't pay regardless of what...
+
prior commitment--- sort of like the groupon model. you would propose a film and explain the cast and scenes. you would only shoot it if you have an x number of commitments (aka prepayment but only charge it once the content is delivered.), and those committed could get the followings:
------ be the first to have online access to the film
------ special merchandise (e.g. poster, special DVD edition, t-shirt, etc.)
+
go mobile--- use Netflix business model. charge a monthly subscription fee and let users stream your content on their smart phones
+
go social--- let users propose what they want to see and let others vote. you would only make the scenes if you have enough interest and commitment (tie back to the prior commitment suggestion)
+
go vertical--- expand your product line other than hardcore videos. Think merchandise and collectibles, for example. Many guys would love to get special items from their favorites (e.g. autographed items, things used during the shoot, etc.)
+
go horizontal--- get volunteers (e.g. fans and supporting community) to help you translate all your initiation videos into different languages. Many of them are interesting and it would open new markets. The key is to place the subtitles separately as the videos. That way, they must pay on your site to watch it.
just my 2 cents,
good luck
