I don't think he was making a joke. He was talking about social networking like facebook except it was for Czech people so he was wondering if she moved to Prague.

Guys, I am not kidding. I saw her pic on lide.cz. It is the most popular Czech social networking site. So it must have been a fake account created by somebody using her easily available photos.
