Curious, where does Angelina Crow rank in your list? I'll bet she may not be the absolute shortest, but I find it hard pressed to imagine someone tinier doing airtight as well as she's pulled off! She gets totally ravaged by 3 guys in Ass Obssessed 3, Assman 29, Passion of the Ass 5 and Anal Cavity Search 2, also including DPP in AO3. Worth re-watching if it's not ringing a bell
Edit: Whoa, got to rewatching some of Angelina's work, and turns out she does DPP (seems unplanned) in Anal Cavity Search 2 as well! Erik Everhard tries DAP, but she protests (in a cute, not annoying way), so they go back to just standard triple stuffing (the easy stuff for her). She also does DPP in a 2b/1g scene in Euro Girls Never Say No 3 with Steve Holmes and Manuel Ferrara, which is a circus act that's pretty hard to top (for someone her size), though no 3rd guy there. She's also done a couple DAPs with 2 guys.
