Of course that's possible but in Europe, based on my experience, you can do it basically in Spain, France (see the cover of magazines like Les Inrockuptibles with Yasmine this week!), Czech Republic and Hungary (you will find a lot of starlets in tv).
In the other countries it is even more difficult because the general mindset is not so nice and, after all, the starsystem is not helping that much.
In the above countries the families too can be surprisingly supportive; in the rest of the world instead when the family is supportive it is honestly strange and you do not need a PhD to understand that the girls can be pushed by their relatives just for money.
Russia is a materialistic country (so nobody should have moral concerns...) but there's still a lot to do to free women from the old stereotypes ("Great Mother Russia wouldn't do it")...but the same happens in Italy, a country which could appear less materialistic.
Anyhow I must say that Russian girls are really strong and likely face the toughest environment in Europe so I can understand why Will took a break
