What I really don't get is the way they say the site is going to be up a certain date, then oops! there's some problem with the server and what not. You get the impression they should be able to fix it in a day or so...but noooo, the sudden unforeseen and tiny problem causes a delay for weeks, months and, yes, years actually. Who the f###ck is working on their servers? Someones grandma or what? It's just incredible. I don't get it.
