I hope the site will be great but I'm worried that it will be too complex and expensive.

Personally i just want to be able to use it as a 'tube' site and watch streamed scenes as when i like. I am not that bothered about downloading scenes as too much hassle and i probably dunno how to lol. Also hope its not too expensive x

I personally prefer downloads in high resolution.
I just wish Sineplex could implement something as simple as most other websites, then this delay wouldn't have been necessary.
Let's just hope the long wait is worth it, by the look of the girls & the trailers it should be!

Well that's my problem. I don't like DVDs and I don't like streaming. I want to be able to download high quality files and watch them on my computer. I like sites with memberships. I don't want to pay 20 euro for just one movie.

I think Sineplex should have definitely released this site by now. However, I can also fully understand their procrastination. After all, a disasterous site launch would do them no favours whatsoever.

The problem with creating a website packed with features is that there are likely to be far more mistakes in the code which need testing constantly. Fixes in the source code by developers can also stop other things working that had been fine previously. It's a fairly complicated business at this level - especially with streaming, downloading and all the other features supposedly implemented.

I've had some experience of software testing so I hope the software testing team have been extremely thorough. In other words, they've not just merely tested to see that things work but have tried to find as many holes as possible/destroy how the site works in test.

Out of interest Gapelover, how many testers have worked on the project? How long has the project been tested for? How far off is the release to live?

Maybe it's just me but, I think I've read about a Sineplex website for years and it still hasn't happened. I'm all for waiting and making sure that everything is working properlly but at some point you have to decide whether you are going to do it or simply give up. I don't know if part of Sineplex fear is that by creating a site where fans can download their movies it's going to seriously hurt their dvd sales. How can it not hurt their dvd sales when you can dowload the movie straight off the site. The only way it won't is if the cost of the download is too high. In which case this will hurt the site and make it a waste of money. You can currently download a part of their videos from sites like Videobox and streaming is available throught Hot Movies.

not sure how long ago you jumped on this train to oblivion, but there will be zero chance of hurting dvd sales because there will be NO dvds for sale. that's one of the main reasons why they're going with this new exercise in futility, er, uhh... system -- because they could no longer get distribution deals for dvds. gapelover mentioned how they're losing money, someone else wondered how they can continue to pay models/produce scenes -- and it's been how long now, 2-3 years with no product/sales? obviously there's a dude swimming in benjamins somewhere who's bankrolling the whole thing. i wonder what his thoughts are on this new "progressive" business model? freaking insane.

I don't understand why they can't at least release uncensored (evilutionplex type) DVDs in Europe (in PAL and NTSC format) and also available to U.S. customers through European online stores like erodvd.nl and buyeuroporn.com

I prefer dvds with cover artwork, etc. I miss the dvds.

Yeah, Sineplex is the only company I know that can take like a 3-year break in selling anything while apparently still producing stuff at full speed. Must be nice! Wish I could get those terms.
From what I hear, the whole Russian porn industry is run by very Wise Guys if you catch my meaning

agreed. i miss the dvds too. but they're gonna save a boatload of $$$ by not having to produce/distribute dvds. in theory, it makes sense, not a whole lot different than the itunes model -- in these times of instant gratification, why waste time tracking down a dvd/cd when you can get it now with a couple of mouse clicks? but like everything else, it's a matter of give & take or weighing positives/negatives, which comes down to personal preference. my only problem is that sineplex is going waaaay over the top with all the bells & whistles & drm bullshit. just gimme a downloadable file which is compatible with my computer and i'll take it from there, ok? jeeeezus... it's not rocket surgery.

I'm wondering how many customers are needed for Sineplex to make a profit from all this, surely a great deal. I'm sure they'll get many, hopefully enough to continue the influx of great new talent!
Only time will tell. It now has to be sooner rather than later, so many people are waiting.
Hopefully when it's all up & running, someone from here could give a full, unbiased review of it all. I say this because I believe some people will stay away until they know they'll get good value for money with no issues.

Now that I got your attention, Gapelover, This screenshot is from one of the trailers you posted and I have a question, Will the downloadable scenes be in this ultra high HD quality?

And another question, is it true that this girl Rose/Cassie has left the business? I think jaysin said that.

From witch movies come this pictures

Thanks
