I would like to add that the Ukrainian authorities do not cease to haunt me! I live in a rented apartment in Kiev, but the police called me and threatened with death if I did not immediately give up their dirty paws!
They think that I'm in the way they do Ukrainian society moral!

Sounds like a lot of money for the Ukraine, BUT: here in western Europe it is almost impossible to do something like that, because of animal rights. I think you can get it only on the Kanary Islands, and even there it's only used as a "therapy" for mentally handicapped children.
So, at least for once you can be lucky to live in the Ukraine...
