As for the US govt, play it by the book. You dont need a green card to work in the US as an actor or a model, just the appropriate visa.. IE you need an immigration specialist/lawyer. US visa & immigrations are not only irrational & ineffective, they're often counter-productive to govt policy or interests. Why keep adult performers out of US productions?
