LoL. All porn companies in Europe shoot performers on touristic visa. Nobody cares about it . There is no border controls any more exept maybe in Switzerland and couple Scandinavian countries. This has been discussed to death here, whilst technically it's against the law to work with a tourist visa, every single porn company in Spain shoots girls with tourist DNIs and that includes Private in Barcelona. The only reason it was made a big deal of in Torbe's case is because it was just another way for the police to stack more shit on everything, hoping it would stick, but of course going down that rabbit hole means applying the law selectively, so of course nothing came of it, and nothing will.

Americans and Canadians came as visitors here. Czech Republic is in EU and must have the same law or very similar as any other EU country.(but i bet czech immigration doesnt give a shit who comes to their country).Working on visitor/touristic visa is illegal everywhere,doesn't metter you shoot porn,do escort, table dance or clean toilets. The same for us in USA and Canada. In generally any sex job must be done just by EU /UK passport holder ,creepy working /student visas not allowed to do any profit activity and less related to adult industry. There was a moment when EU was smaller ,you can get legal working visas for some night clubs. I think Austria and Switzerland gave them till 2004. But when EU started growing and it's not possible to apply any more. But nobody controls anything , porn industry moves billions of "black money". And I dont tell about escorts. I bet all escort agencies have very fat accounts . In general drugs,weapons and sex industry are the "best " bussines.
UK is facing Brexit right now. I guess ,since March it would be just for British. Government asks already to reaply for residents ( even who has permanent resident card) .
