I have to agree on this but I think there was more to it as well. I think they downplayed everything that was going to happen to the original girls and as you said told them it was going to be private. I mean, these girls clearly wanted the money for various reasons and when they were flown out to Spain, it was do or "die" for them basically. Mila probably told them "you need to swallow and listen to all the orders we give you if you want to be paid in full"
These girls just put aside their dignity and self respect for money that would take them years to make in shit hole Ukraine and shot these scenes. In almost all the interviews, the girls say they were not expecting this many guys/loads too.
