i was going to disagree, but after looking more closely at her nipples, i think i can see the periareolar incision scars on the underside of her areolae... but according to this wikipedia article about incision types, scars from this incision type are less visible on women with lighter areolar pigment, like, in my opinion, sandra. but they're still visible..
it looks like maybe she's really gone up only one cup size, although i could be wrong.
i agree that it could have been worse, though. a lot worse. but i think she's still a beautiful girl.

Yes, I hate silicone too but I saw worst results...In any case it is terrible how this gorgeous girls are ruining themselves.
