there´s a thread with ADT about her
Someone wrote she´s in Hustler XXX 22 as Ratka (DP)
That´s the scene.
Movie is from 2003, Rachel was born 1985, so could it be she started at 18 and was in this PM movie, than retired and returned 2006?
Strange, I know, but the similarity is there, even I still do not think it´s her.

the guy on ADT confirmed that it´s Rachel Honey in Hustler XXX 22

That would mean her EBI bio needed to be fixed:
