Woozy Woman In Cornfield?

I remember one scene that has always left me somewhat puzzled:
It was shot in a field and featured an older blonde woman with 2 men.
She seemed to me to be somewhat sedated and even during the climax, with one man on each side of her while kneeling, looked as if in another world.
(Never saw her again; she appeared to be a one-off.)
I wonder who she was and the particulars behind that scene.
I do remember it was towards the end of the series...
