extreme longshot

All I know about the film is the basic premise of one scene and that it was shot in Brno in early May of 2007.
Scene:
Guy goes into a bar, hits on a hot waitress, she gets pissed and kicks him out, he goes off and fucks some other girl.
Not a lot to go on, I know. Since there are a few producers and such that peruse these boards, I thought I would throw it out there and see if I get lucky. Its a longshot, but happen to ring a bell with anybody?
