Description of scene only - a toughie!

This is a scene from at least 25 years ago! I found it on a CD-ROM I bought in Holland around 1998-2000. Premise was some sort of marching band/parade and this cute, young Caucasian brunette was in it with a baton she was twirling. Think she was dressed in green, maybe white skirt.
An older/middle aged guy somehow convinced her to come into his caravan/static home and they have sex, including anal.
Does anybody recognise this scene?! Haha I’m not holding my breath
