The second one is Petra Hayek, Andrew's wife (look in the snippets for their website). She routinely does makeup for DDF and does also video productions. I met her on the set of a devil's film years ago.
At first I thought your thread was funny, then I thought about it and indeed there's a few makeup artists who double as model. Satin Bloom, for instance, recently doing anal (look in the forum)
