I completely agree that it`s the models knowing best how to deal with the risks involved and how to minimize them!
There is one difference in Russia, though: Not the girls pay for tests in Russia, but producers. And tests are very expensive compared to fees, much more than in Prague/Budapest and also Greece I guess. This passes responsibility to the producers, instead of guaranteeing those girls as much independance as possible by paying them 50$ (= average test fee) more for the scene.
I write this sitting at home in my chair, yes.
