Because they have been posted by someone else (probably from your Facebook account or similar) and no moderator knows if you allowed that or not.

Because Maxell Williams, it was Ricardo and he has posted some very bad things ( as always ) in another topic which has probabily push the EBI moderator to take-off all post from this user and at same time your photos posted with this name.
Actually Leyla is in Thailand ( the picture above with white balcony is at the Lebua Hotel that I know very well ) but on my site she is posting with an IP adress in Budapest ... so, I don't know if it's the same here but I'll be not surprise if Leyla here was again Ricardo who has lot of free time at the moment !!!
