Well he had all his vids on dirtyhobby too, so maybe he still operatres there.

he stopped his website project due to piracy and almost no sales even with low prices. now only selling short clips out of his movies at amateursites. i also stopped updating my site.

it simply makes no sense to build up a site step by step, because every new video ends up as torrent even if you only have 10 clients per month.

we gave it a try but reality proved as wrong. problem were not a few fanboys who share a video of their favorite girl. problems are professional stealers with high end equipment who register at almost every porn site they can get locusts and share the videos on every imaginable torrent and sharing site to increase traffic.

also as long search engines like google support this kind of biz (some torrents site were first hit if website name entered what is just a punch in the face!) it simply is ungrateful to run a small amateur website.

No offence to the small time producers as they give the girls work, but all these porn that is shot with tripod and single camera angle is just shit and i cant uunderstand how some could pay for these on this day and age (cant understand watching it for free either as there is so many better shot stuff). Many of this amateur stuff is shot more badly than Pierres 90's single angle hidden camera castings. Try to mix if with some POV stuff too atleast (altought it is shit too if the guy holding the camera don't know what he is doing).

Sometimes it is hard to belive if people really like this badly shot amateur stuff that there is so much on internet these days.

luckily everybodys taste is different. if you are into the technically perfect staged porn movies of course amateur stuff is nothing for you. on the other hand in amatuer movies without big team on set the girls behave more natural and it is like private sex. many people like this natural unstaged sex. it is simply closer to real life situation than a gentle and completely staged high quality x-art scene.

Traffic is important too, and sadly many sites have a really nice front and the site looks good. Exept they dont have an updates section or any section where you can see what is actually in the site, then when you join the site, it looks complety different than the front page and only few videos. It makes me laugh how many sites advetise updates daily and then there has not been update in many years Makes you kinda paranoid to join any not so well known site once you been fooled once.

This guys prices sure were cheap, but i dont know if he would of succeeded a bit better with a better sitename, looks kinda weird name for a porn site to me. And like you said its pretty hard to get your name out there and get some traffic on yuor site.

about that site name i told him the same. it is better to choose a name refering to the kind of content. lreto is a actually a combination of his first and second name.

it is a good point that an update section is important to see that a site is still alive and provided with fresh content.
