It's the wrong question. It would be easy for me to tell you which ones I hate most, but the best fake boobs? There are no good looking fake boobs. Sorry I can't vore here. Fake boobs are always shit.

Cindy Hope for sure. I used to be huge Aletta Ocean fan in the past, but after her recent boob job, she looks a little bit like an alien. Pun intended. The same goes for Black Angelika. She used to be such a hottie. :/ Christina Bella was never my type and the rest of the girls, with the exception of Kyra Black, are "yet another blonde" types. Kyra Black on the other hand is pretty hot but she's not the same class hotness Cindy is.

It's pathetic that Aleta leads, I mean look at this foto, she could easily go as Frankenstein's daughter and she's not alone I'm afraid. I didn't know about Bianca until reading this thread, just watched a few galleries and her boobs looked pretty natural to me in all of them so I voted for her.

The point of getting a boob job is not necessarily to get something that looks natural. I like natural tits, I like flat girls too, but when it comes to implants there's a certain interesting quality to both natural looking ones as well as obviously fake, round boobs. Boobs don't have to look natural, they're supposed to enhance the overall looks. The thing with Aletta is that even with previous implants she looked fake. But it wasn't a bad view. Now she looks deformed and I'm fairly certain things will get worse with subsequent surgeries. :/

For me a boob job has to look naturally otherwise it's a complete turnoff. There are only 3 girls with fake boobs I like because the boob job looks natural or close to natural, Olivia Del Rio, Maria Bellucci and Brigitta Bulgari, unfortunately they weren't featured in the poll, I guess because they are retired.
