There are 3 threads all with 10 newbies. All the newbies have an entry on the EBI with a debut year of 2007 or 2008 (10 from 2008, 20 from 2007). You have one week to vote. The best 4 of each poll are then in the next round. You have 3 votes per poll this time.

But considering 2007 debute year girls as newbies, when the average on set lifespan of todays porn girls lasts hardly 2 years is strange indeed.

Gapelover, I made a pre-selection of the girls that I thought would be of main interest. You can't make lists with all new girls, that would be too much, so I decide to cut it down to 10 from 2008 and 20 from 2007. This pre-selection sure is subjective, but I tried to make it as objective as possible. Sure it has also something to do that Sineplex didn't release anything in the last half year, so maybe the Russian are a little bit rare.

Dont agree with chris here as especially with the popular Russian they really dont work long enough to consider them 2 years as newbies. Or if we vote about the 2007 crop, too, than better make a 2007 only poll instead of mixing it.
Anyway, now its done as it is. And it`s a great work all in all.

We can still make 2 elections. It was my intention to put all 2008 girls in one list, because I want to guarantee that 4 of them will make it in the next round (that's because they are not so well-knowned than the 2007 girls).

List A only content 2008 newbies, lists B and C 2007. So I can still make a final round with 4 2008 newbies in one poll and 8 2007 newbies in another. So we elect 2 girls in the end, a 2008 newbie and a 2007 "old" newbie? Tell me what you think?

No,I think it's ok the poll(EBI Newbie of the Year 2007/2008).
I can't see any difference if the girl started at October/November/December 2007 and her debut year is 2007 or if she started at January/February/March 2008 and her debut year is 2008.They are all newbies.
Also many girls of 2008 retired already and many girls of 2007 not.

I`d prefer a crop 2007 and a crop 2008 poll, indeed.
But I also see chris`point. Still a 2007 crop girl is no newbie anymore, lest she really debuted as after lets say Oct 2007.

I had another idea to elect the greatest Eastern European porn babe ever.
