Yes, I assume they were belorussian. I dont think that these were unsold russian videos, most of the stores only had a few videos available.

Because sex shops arent allowed there, they were sold on the market, in some bookstores and in small shops ( also called "Kiosks", like in Germany ), that sold everything from newspapers to sweets.

But they have a different TV system there,
not PAL as in Europe, or NTSC as in North America, but ME-SECAM, if I remember it correctly. You can only play these videos on expensive multinorm VHS VCRs. Or you need a (belo-)russian VHS Recorder, of course.

I guess that you are right about the girls from Belarus. Like in all eastern european countries there are so many beautiful girls. It would be great to find more of them for EBI.
