The problem here is that legislators are always 2 steps behind what's taking place in the real world. Torrents & P2P are on the wane and will be a thing of the past in a couple of years. Consequently, this law is a bag of bullshit.

Filehosting is where the action is now (Rapidshare, Depositfiles, Megaupload etc). There's significantly less being shared by Torrents now than say 4 years ago.

In fact, whilst they can stop sharing more effectively by simple Copyright Notices to filehosting sites, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) will have an immensely difficult job obtaining IP Addresses of uploaders particularly if the servers for that filehosting company are in a foreign jurisdiction. They'll need a court order in the first instance and that can only be obtained by the LEA in that particular country. Moreover, there's no chance of them getting data for downloaders unless they're downloading something highly illegal (Copyright Infringement really isn't that important to justify all that effort).

For example, if you're downloading something off Rapidshare, there's fucking no way anyone can tell what you're downloading apart from Rapidshare. Your ISP won't have a clue. After all, they only monitor a very limited amount of your traffic and certainly cannot monitor every site you've visited. They could only do this in a very limited amount of circumstances e.g. when they've received a Court Order etc.

you can probably break the DRM and take the content and reencode it- but you will never remove the ID - unless you reedit and change pixels and remove the subsonic barcode- no to mention each dvd and download has recorded your IP- and all companies will file complaints and block your ASS of the internet for life- imagine you will have to move to another country to get internet LOL
so - if you cant aford it - seed it and then you will get a lower price - 5 bucks if you seed long enough, maybe. need to keep money flowing even if its peanuts- dont want good companies to go away or nice girls to quit because there was no more money for them in this biz- every good company should shoot them once and with the partnerships already in place- only good companies will work with this system, you have to be invited to use this so that it fits a perfect biz model- so relax and just wait for the DVDs to come out- we dont care if you steal it as long as we can track your ass so you cant ever get internet- actually there is another agenda by the governments passing this law but thats another story, and proxies are no longer working so good and will not work on any partners websites

look. i dont condone piracy of their product. im just pissed at the scare tactics they/you roll out as an excuse for not publishing any of the content that they have obviously created. this garbage about trackable hidden data and DRM does nothing but put customers off ever bothering with their product.

i used to purchase every sineplex dvd i could find. frankly there was nothing better.
when distribution of their dvds dried up i tried being a member of their website, which was just shit. couldnt find anything, poor quality, badly organised and designed. frankly, their attempts at web delivery is embarrasing and amateur.

which is such a shame as the girls they have, and the acts they portray are incredible.

just cant figure out why they dislike their (paying) customers so much
