I think the scope and sheer quantity of porn at the minute is incredible, which can only be a good thing. There's no doubt that by and large porn has gotten a lot harder - as an anal fan I do watch some of the current stuff from Christoph Clark, Jay Sin, Private etc. and marvel at the way the girls can take hard anal in scenes well over 30 mins. That just wasn't something you saw even maybe 5 years ago, so far as I see it. So in that sense, we're spoiled a bit and I'm happy.

Having said that, I do think a by-product of this is that a bit of the spontaneity and lust has gone out of porn. I have a bit of a love/hate thing with Jay Sin, for example, as he brings amazingly hot girls (usually in great heels/stockings too - just how I like) but then creates these epic scenes where the guy is inevitably pacing himself and the whole thing just a tad sterile, albeit still quite good. I still really get off on some of my older titles where the anal might only last a couple of minutes but the sheer spontaneity and heat of the performers (as well as tighter editing) do a better job of getting me off.

So that's kind of the trade-off but on balance, I'm happy. I'm just really hoping for a new wave of explosive spontaneous porn involving tighter editing at some point once the fascination with DAP/gapes etc. runs it course.

Well, there are producers who use their friends to compose a so-called soundtrack... most do not use anything.
One smaller part of the last group says that's because people like hear sex.
