I'm sure I'm not alone here if I say that I would be really pissed off if this collabaration between Christoph and Sasha will not come about because of some misunderstandings or whatever between agents, companies and directors. In the end it's the fans that are the idiots here (and the fans are the people who BUY your stuff!). If it's true, what Christoph says (and why should he lie?) that would only enhance my really great "love" for Sineplex.

And if she really should not work for Christoph then there's no difference for shooting in Budapest or St. Petersburg. Not available is not available.

That's exactly the same shit US companies like Vivid or Club Jenna are doing. Force the fans to buy movies from them if you want to see a special pornstar on screen. And why are they doing this? Because they know, that nobody will buy their boring films if the girl is also available for other, better companies.

Seems like Sineplex try to do the same now with the Russian talent pool. I can say - for me- it will not work. Sineplex movies are the same over and over again. And where should I buy a DVD from them? They only release internet stuff at the moment.

I would try to tell you a short story...
20 years ago there were only nasty directors and few open-minded girls that were discussing alone everything, from the scene details to the bill.
Later arrived the pimps and then, when everybody understood that porn was a serious biz, new figures came out. They were the first serious agents.
They started scouting and then (the most talented) managing actresses like model stars. The results were the first porn-star like Moana, Cicciolina, Silvia Saint etc
They were the real alter-ego of Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer etc... just nastier and surely more exciting, interesting and open.
Then these exceptions became a common rule: many productions and new directors started thanks to agents who were also money-makers.
But recently porn became a bigger biz and producers who had more money started having their own network for talents and money.
Agents became a nasty counterpart for most of these avid producers who now manage or try to manage talents directly.
Exclusivity gives them a bigger power (because everyone-even pay-tv buyers- has its own cult actresses) but, in exchange, they have to offer more deals to actresses. Some do that and so the actress may be happy, rich and lucky (eg.she meets rich guys, travels all around the world, may get some fame in tv and convert it in new opportunities-jobs after-retirement...). But others cannot offer the same variety of deals that a good agent could offer: in this case the actress looses and even the public. But they earn.
How will end the history? Time will tell us.
By my side I still prefer good agents....but there's less space for them in this competing world where every penny counts.
