There's a link on the left that says "Cancel Membership" or something like that. Click on that and you'll have to do a search to find your active membership(s). From there I believe there's a cancel option, either a drop down box or a button. It's pretty easy once you get to there. I've cancelled several sites that I've joined through them and I've never had a problem.
