I like full breasts, at least 36C. I don't care much what's inside them if they look natural and are good to kiss and caress. Some cosmetic surgeons are excellent and you would be hard pressed to tell a girl's breasts were not natural. Whatever technique they have they leave no scar - it's amazing. Some surgeons, usually the cheaper ones, are poorly trained and inexperienced. Their results speak for themselves. Sadly, the ls don't check this out and by the time they realise it's too late.

You're in an absolutely minority here. Maybe fake tits look good when the bra is on, but who can like scars and the unnatural "hang" of silicone boobs? And when I think of the material that is inserted in your body - silicone - I'm speechless how many woman didn't care about that.

Yes They cut around the nipple and put in the silicone capsule by the nipple hole.Once the silicon capsule is inside and fixed,they give all the stitches needed to join again:( ...and when it heal leaves a "beautiful" scar in the tit
