Generally speaking it can be seen as a violent act...but the reason for it (I mean: just keeping your hand on her head and turn her towards you and the camera) is often very simple: that's the easiest way to control the cumshot and shooting it altogether with a smiley face

The more extreme (and violent) versions are those made in order to throatfucking the lady and impose a male rythmn to the actress...but if so, we should have a look at the situation/script/persons involved in order to understand it.
For eg., if the actress is Belladonna (not an Eurobabe but I think enough famous to understand what I mean) or the actor is Rocco that's really part of the action...

As I said, its all about aiming.
If I get more good eye-pops this way, its fine if its done gently!

Apart from this, as alexxx says, we really have to keep the script in mind, in some cases it just belongs to it and has nothing to do with the allged misogynic on-set behavour of some actors.

One thing that bothers me is watching the girls lick Olivers balls for 20 minutes as he furiously tries to work out a load.
I think I speak for all when I say that this is waste of time...?
