There is quite a tradition of Budapest based Latinas in Europorn. Some commute from other cities, though, mainly Spain. Still, lacking exotic Eurobabes, those Latinas are a true cosmopolitan spice and some could probabely be regarded as Magyar in the way Mongolian Tolly Crystal is regarded as a proud anal-friendly and thus fully integrated Magyar lany.
Not the pretiest but one of the more recent examples is Tylear Heaven. I think she worked for Raul, but also some Italian directors. Not sure wheter she`s constantly based in Budapest, though.
