I forgot to add, Tom Media would have a duty of care to be truthful in what they print, because someone reading a Tom Media article would expect it to be true. Hence, a potential liability for libel unless they can prove they acted in good faith.

Tom Media could be in load of trouble unless they dump Mya and blame her for everything. They have to say it was all her fault and they believed what they printed.
If it is found by a court of law that they acted in bad faith, that they either knew the story was untrue, or were careless as to whether it was true or not, they will be found jointly liable for the libel.
They do have a defence, that they were not the source of the story but printed it in good faith. Their own chance is to dump Mya.
Whoever is the source of the story (Mya) does not have that defence.
A court would actually award much more against Tom Media than they would against an individual, in this case, Mya, because they know they have more money.
Also, a court might award punitive damages to make sure no-one did it again.
Libel awards can be huge. Libel awards have in the past closed down some newspapers because they have been so large.

And it's not just about the law either. All the other porn news papers, such as Machomedia, and the porn companies, if they get to know about this, someone is going to get the blame.
It's either Mya or Tom Media who gets the blame.

A court of law is all about documents, not hearsay. Judges look at the documents. If you cannot produce documents to prove evrything you say in complete detail, either Tom Media or Mya have to pay out a lot.
If it's Mya who is responsible for the libel, she will lose everything.
If it's Tom Media, they will lose so much they will think carefully before they do something like this again.
So, what are you going to do now to prove the story. Fake up some documents ? Experts can be called to the court to authenticate real documents and disprove fake documents.
Whoever you are, "anonymous", the choice is, either Mya or Tom Media.

But the point is, if the Tom Media story is untrue, whoever is responsible for the story is liable for any libel involved. If the story cannot be proved, someone can be sued for a lot of money and have their reputation destroyed.
It seems the "anonymous" is now trying to say it might be someone else, and not Mya Diamond, who is responsible for the libel. So, are you now actually afraid of being sued for libel ?
Either Tom Media have to dump Mya and say she is responsible for the libel or they have to face being sued themselves.
Or they have to prove in a court of law everything they state about the story, including the fake certificates. If they cannot do this, either Tom Media or Mya Diamond will have to pick up the bill for the libel.
Remember, it is a very specific libel, not about Victoria's character or the fact that she is a porn actress. Prove every item in the story in a court of law or you will have to pay a lot of money.
Either Tom Media or Mya have to pay.
Who planted the story is very important. It is not of little or no significance.

Baskkk2003, the influential critic, has just found the Victoria thread on the Private forum. He says he wants to see more of Victoria in Private.

The confession might be fake, but it would be exposing the truth. What could Mya do then ? Nothing. She would be finished.
That might be why Tom Media won't remove the Victoria story. If they did, people would soon forget about it. But if it keeps running, when they issue the fake confession, everyone will focus on it.

The way Tom Media will not budge at all on removing the story about Victoria suggests there might be something in what you say.
Phase One: get Mya to damage Victoria.
Phase Two: expose Mya.
Phase Three: attack all the remaining Kovi models. Say they must all be like Mya.
Very sneaky.
Of course, Kovi will say Mya is a one-off, unique. No-one is like her before or since. He will have to convince people of that. I mean, Michelle Wild and Maya Gold were not like Mya. They seem to be more like Victoria.
Kovi's defence is to show that his current models and his past models were all nice people, and nothing like Mya.
