I would think that if someone who is not a doctor faked a medical certificate, it would be a criminal offense. Even if a doctor faked a medical certificate, it might be against the law, depending on what exactly was being faked. If a dcotor who is not Victoria's doctor faked a certificate and said it was Victoria's certificate, that would probably be criminal.
But if a doctor faked a certificate of his own patient and perhaps was inaccurate about details concerning the patient's condition, it might not be criminal if it could be claimed it was an error of some kind, like a mistake in clinical judgement.

So it sounds like if Tom Media and Mya can't produce these fake certificates, they are totally fucked ! The only solution is to get a quack that's been struck off to fake the fake certificates, a DOUBLE FAKE !!
Then it will be all about certificates. They will have to let the fake fake certificates be inspected. When that happens they will be fucked, because it will be clear they had to resort to forgery to preserve their story.
There is no point in faking fake certificates if you don't show them. As soon as they are seen, it's clear they are double fakes ! They cannot say they have fake certificates, or laborotory test results, if they don't show them.

I've just had a read of this. I can't see how a model could ever fake a medical certificate. The only person who could possibly fake a medical certificate is a doctor. But if a doctor faked a certificate they would be in trouble. They might get struck off, or at least, admonished (reprimanded). So that rules that out.
Then there's this bit about the model (Victoria) being ill and infecting other models. If she was ill, the other models would not work with her. She would not be allowed to work until she was free of the illness. So that doesn't make any sense either. Surely each shoot has a doctor, so that if anyone is ill, they issue them with a certificate to excuse them from working. If any model came to work ill, the director or producer would not let them work.
The story does not make sense at all.

The "published false tests" "anonymous" refers to, this must mean the alleged fake certificates, never existed. So the "false tests" were never published. What was published was a story about the existence of false tests, but the false tests themselves never existed.
Hence the libel.

Just re-read "anonymous". It appears he wants to blame Tom Media, and say someone else might have been responsible for planting the story there.
So Mya's plan is to blame Tom Media, and Tom Media's plan is to blame Mya.
I think they realise someone is going to be in a big mess. You can't just plant stories like that or publish them without making a lot of trouble for yourselves if the story is untrue.
This is going to become a blame game. But even "anonymous" says that someone was trying to "harm" Victoria. An admission of motivation, perhaps. Certainly an admission that harm has been done. Maybe of an intent to cause harm.
He says, "Tom Media stated that Victoria works with falsified tests". So it was Tom Media, not Mya. Well, Tom Media might say, we only said that because that is what Mya told us.
It sounds like Tom Media and Mya will be conducting separate defences.

Sigh! Threatened by anonymous. To anonymous, I do meet you every single day. You are everyone who I do now know and in most cases do not care to want to know.
I wont make any assumptions. Anyone who comes on here with that kind of attitude is simply annoyed that a truth has been discovered and they are forcefully trying to fix it.
That might work in Hungary, but in the rest of the world it doesn't.
I am going to reiterate a point that is very important! Please listen well. I am not speaking on behalf of Victoria, or for Victoria, and I am doing this because I decided to.

I like to make NASTY COMMENTS. But I can only make NICE COMMENTS about Victoria now, because things are so hard for her, not her fault at all.
So I like it that I now have someone to write NASTY COMMENTS about, and someone to SNEER at. In fact, sometimes I think, I'm only here for the SNEER. I now have "anonymous" to SNEER at and write NASTY COMMENTS about.
Writing NICE COMMENTS is a little hard for me. In fact, you have heard little from me on Victoria's page recently because it is hard for me to only write NICE COMMENTS.
I had to go elsewhere for a while so that I could write NASTY COMMENTS.
Good to have someone to SNEER at at last.

This is so odd. How would Mya's people or Tom Media have access to Victoria's laborotory results anyway ? Surely only Victoria and maybe Luxx would know all that.
Mya's people and Tom Media might have access to Mya's laborotory tests, but not Victoria's.
If they go on so much about Victoria's tests and certificates, which they could never have access to, people might begin to ask, whose tests and certificates are they talking about ? Also, how come they go on about faking certificates and how it can be done ? People are going to get suspicious.

I've heard that story about Victoria infecting people before. It was supposed to be in the Domimican Republic. But the alleged fake certificates did not even cover that period.
Laborotory tests ? Where's the evidence ? Documents, please. If the fake certificates don't exist and cannot be produced, the fake laborotory tests don't exist either.
There is no documentary evidence whatsoever for the case against Victoria. But there is evidence for the libel case against Mya and Tom Media. The story being published by Tom Media is itself the evidence.
Tom Media have to blame Mya or they are in a big mess.
