I wonder if Eve Angel owns Eveangel.com ? I suppose, this "owns" business might be a bit imprecise in defining the nature of the legal and financial relationships.

I'm getting confused here. Apparently, Mya Diamond owns Myadiamond.com but she might not actually own General Entertainment LLC, because General Entertainment LLC is a compnay that is needed for both Myadiamond.com and Eveangle.com to function okay. It's not likely that Mya Diamond owns Eveangel.com.

Both Myadiamond.com and Eveangel.com have an 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Notice. Does this mean General Entertainment LLC is an American company with a base in Hungary, or does it just have that notice because it is using an American (United States Code) website license or type of design, or something like that, because the site is actually in English (American) and not Hungarian ?

General Entertainment LLC seem to be necessary for the function of Myadiamond.com and Eveangel.com. Eve Angel does not appear to be a Tom Media model, so it is possible that Tom Media are not affiliated too closely to General Entertaintment LLC.

But why do Tom Media etc insist on the existence of these fake certificates but never produce them ? How long can they keep that game up for ? We know they don't have them. This is like someone bluffing at poker when they've got nothing in their hand.

Victoria should have a full right to reply somewhere. It's better on the Tom Media page, but if not, on Machomedia ? Where else ? I don't suppose Luxx have their own paper like Tom Media ?

The problem is that Tom Media should have declared their vested interest in printing the story, rather than pretending this is some kind of objective journalism.

If one of their own models is the source of the story, surely they must say so. Of course, as soon as it gets out, this devalues the story.

A load of porkies. Why is there back-stabbing and lies in porn ?

2007-02-10 16:25   Swinger Fan

There should be no problem for Tom Media with the naming of the source, as this has already happened there, but will they grant a full right of reply ? If they don't, even people in Hungary will not think much of them.

conspiracy to be a pervert?

It's also not criminal to instigate someone else to tell lies about another person, unless those lies in themselves relate to a criminal matter, in which case it would be obstruction of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

So, in this instance, merely to instigate the telling of lies would not be considered criminal unless someone actually went to the bother of getting forgeries made. If the forgeries do not exist, nothing criminal has been done by the person who has instigated this, and what is done is merely covered by the civil law, as far as I know.

2007-02-10 12:21   honest broker

Well, the lab technician would be guilty of forgery and whoever was the source of the rumour and got the technician to do the forgery would be guilty of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

Conspiracy to pervert the course of justice is where a person instigates someone else to commit a criminal act, but does not do it themselves. But the instigation is recognized by the law as being as important or more important than the person who actually commits the criminal act.

In fact, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice is considered to be a very serious matter.

But if there never were any fake certificates, we don't have to go down that path at all. Anything criminal can be completely ruled out. It is just then a matter of the civil law of libel.

It is not a criminal if someone makes up stories about someone else and has them circulated. It is only a civil matter covered by libel.

But if the story is supported by actual forgeries, it could become criminal. If the story is just supported by lies about forgeries (that is, the forgeries do not exist), it is merely a civil matter.

2007-02-10 12:03   conspiracy theory

Oh yes, complete and full right of reply. After all, it is in the public interest. Tom Media can then say they have always acted in good faith and in the public interest.

The forgeries or fake certificates either don't exist (probably) or someone trying to damage Victoria has somehow bribed or persuaded a lab technician in an STD clinic to forge them. Faking someone else's medical certificates to damage their reputation could be quite a serious matter, and might even be criminal.

It is a lot easier if the person responsible for the rumour just admits there are no fake certificates and never were. But if they do not say this, it is reasonable to ask them to produce the forgeries.

Tom Media should give full right of reply to the articles signed Steve Hartley and Jassy, so that an article giving the other side of things can be printed after them (in English then in Hungarian). This will explain where the story came from, and how the business of faking a STD certificate is not actually possible.

If Tom Media claim they cannot remove the existing articles because it is in the public interest they remain, it is surely also in the public interest that a full right of reply is given.

If Tom Media say no, it is reasonable to contact another news agency to get the right of reply published, saying of course that Tom Media refused a proper right of reply.

I would like to see a scene where Victoria is treated just like a cat by two guys who stroke her head and then draw their hands down her back when she is on all fours like a cat. She can purr and then they fuck her.

But after, instead of cumming on her face or ass, they cum into a saucer. She goes to the saucer like a cat and licks it up. Just a cat that's got the cream. Yummy.

She is like that. When you see her, she puts her tongue out just like a cat when she is about to receive some cum. It is just like a cat.

Me-ow.

I guess it is a lot easier just to say you made it all up, which would just be to admit to libel, than to say these fake certificates exist. If there are forgeries done to damage Victoria, that could be criminal.

Basically, the authorities will want to see these certificates and will want to discover who has forged them. They will know it is not Victoria or anyone who works for her because her own real certificates can be produced.

It the new "anonymous" is Istvan, it seems he is now a bit worried about where this might go.

If Tom Media say there are fake certificates, but cannot produce them, surely that is obstruction of the inquiry, which could be criminal.

Of course, if they now said there are no fake certificates, that just opens up the libel case against them and it seems their good faith defence is in jeopardy.

I would not like to be them, or the source of the rumour.

On a lighter note, baskkk2003 has on the Private Forums posted on the thread "Private Life of", suggesting the "Private Life of Victoria Swinger" would be a "runaway success", along with about 4 others, including Cindy Lords.

Victoria has been in two trilogies, Private Chateau and Porn Wars, and in about 6 or 7 other Private movies. There should be enough material. All they have to do is shoot the bonus scene or scenes, and the interviews with Victoria and do the editing.

2007-02-08 11:09   conspiracy theory

Tom Media printed this story based on what a source told them. Clearly the source must produce the certificates. If the fake certificates never existed and it was just a story someone made up and printed, then it is just libel, which is a civil matter for damages. But if someone forged medical documents to damage Victoria, that is worse, that could be criminal.

2007-02-08 10:45   confused

Let's pursue the logic a bit here. Tom Media and "anonymous" say there are these fake medical certificates and there are laborotory tests showing that Victoria was ill. But they do not produce the documents, which suggests they do not exist.

But say they did exist. That means that someone must have faked Victoria's STD certificates and some laborotory tests. This would not have been Victoria, because she would not have been able to fake the documents. Only someone who works in an STD clinic would be able to fake certificates and laborotory tests.

This is because the person who fakes the documents would have to have access to everything needed to fake the documents. I doubt if a doctor would do this because they get too well paid. It would have to have been a lowly-paid technician who could be bribed.

But Victoria or anyone who works for Victoria would not bribe a technician to fake any tests or certificates, because Victoria actually has the original real genuine certificates and tests which would show she was okay and not ill. She has no reason to fake certificates and tests.

But whoever wanted to damsge Victoria would have a reason to bribe a technician to produce fake certificates and fake tests. But this is actually forgery and could be criminal. In fact, if such forgeries did exist, Tom Media should disclose them right away so that the authorities can investigate any accusation of forgery.

Of course, if the forgeries do not exist, they will have to admit this to the authorities and just say the whole story is untrue and that the fake certificates and laborotory tests never existed.

He became a bit anonymous, wouldn't you say?

I just thought, what happened to Istvan after the trouble at the Debrecen festival ?

2007-02-06 22:09   conspiracy theory

This is getting all complicated now. You think you can just make up a story about a model faking her medical certificates, get it published and it's simple. Done and dusted. But logic dictates all these issues just a little way down the road. All these unanswered questions.

As I once said to my late father, "It's a rather complex situation."
