It sounds like he agrees that the story is unbelievable, but that he does not want the source of the story to be named. Meanwhile, Tom Media will not remove the story, no matter what. However, it does seem that Tom Media don't mind if the source of the story is exposed. Tom Media aren't in this to protect anyone. They have an agenda which is, use people as pawns in a bigger game. Victoria was a pawn sacrifice. Other models might follow. (Sorrow for the pun on "pawn" and "porn". It's really a chess metaphor.)

Just had another look at what Dominic Ross said on the forum about the certificates. He knows they cannot be faked.

He says: "Everybody goes to the laborotory personally to make the full test. Everybody goes to the laborotory personally to get it next day. Everybody brings it personally to the shooting."

That is the view and knowledge of a person working in the industry. So, I should imagine that he would say the Tom Media story about Victoria could not be true because it is not possible to fake a certificate.

This would be the case for anyone. Let's take Victoria out of it and call her Model A.

Given a set of circumstances like this, if you asked Dominic Ross, someone who works in the industry, could this Tom Media story about Model A be true and possible, he would say, no.

That should be the test for the credibility of the story.

Why did people in the business pretend to believe something which they must have known was probably untrue and not possible ?

Tom Media should be made to look like no-one can believe what is written there, that they are totally incompetent and unable to report on anything in the business.

2007-02-17 12:31   mike

I got an idea. Publish Victoria's real certificates for the period in question and ask Tom Media to produce the non-existent fake certificates (which they will not be able to do). It is not possible to fake a certificate (I read that now on the forum about the doctor's stamp), so the story should be made to look ridiculous. If necessary, get the laborotory to authenticate the real certificates in a statement from them.

But then think - people in the business must know or should know it is not possible to fake a certificate, so they might not really believe the story anyhow. But they pretend to believe the story, even if they might know it is probably untrue. Why ? This is just being used to get at Kovi for very political reasons.

Anyone at Tom Media who knows about the testing process will know the story is not possible. So maybe Tom Media could be attacked for incompetent research. It could be said that the story is laughable and this just shows the poor standards of knowledge Tom Media have about the business. If they don't know something as simple as that, they should no longer even report on the porn industry.

Of course they do know it is not possible, so they are devious, not ignorant. But maybe best to make them look stupid.

Then ask why people who probably knew the story was untrue pretended to believe it, and question their motives.

For suing Tom Media, they will now look careless in their research, or as if they deliberately knew the story was not possible. This is bad for them.

Victoria used as a political football in the Hungarian porn industry. Soon to be used as a political football in the international porn industry.

A person changed into an icon or symbol.

The Czechs will always dig that up, in 2 years time, in 5 years time, in 10 years time, in 20 years time. They'll say, you want to buy a Czech porn dvd or a Hungarian porn dvd ?

Remember what the Hungarians did to Victoria Swinger 20 years ago. We never ever did anything like that to one of our pornstars. This can be used against the Hungarian porn industry forever and ever and ever. The Czechs will never let people forget it.

The Czechs will say, we don't have Tom Media in our country. Remember what Tom Media did to Victoria Swinger. We won't let you forget it. And it won't matter who Victoria Swinger was by then. It won't matter if no-one remembers who she was. She will become of symbolic importance.

Once it goes international a lot of damage can be done. Now, all that is damaged is Victoria, Kovi and Luxx. But the whole of Hungarian porn could be damaged by an international story.

So, Hungarians, get your T-shirts now, "I blame Tom Media for everything !"

Remember, the international press likes its angles. It won't buy any simplistic stuff about Victoria being guilty (which is untrue), because there is a much better story there about porn politics and lies.

They will ask the question, why didn't people in Hungary see the wider picture ? They will examine the whole structure of Tom Media's power and influence and use this to make Hungarian porn seem corrupt.

International sales are important. Bad publicity is something international rivals will exploit all the way.

Victoria was on "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" in happier times. The story could be a sort of follow-up to that.

But maybe it could be an international story as well, about how the Hungarian porn industry treats one of its number. The knowledge of this could spread further in Europe and beyond.

There is the rivalry between the Czech and Hungarian porn business. If the Czechs found out about this they might say we would never treat one of our number in this way. We would have investigated the story, proved it was false, and not allowed a paper like Tom Media to run the story. Or we would have ridiculed the story so much no-one would take any notice of it.

Imagine if it got out further. People might stop buying Hungarian porn and prefer the Czech rivals. This could be used as a weapon against the Hungarian porn business.

It does have a lot to commend it as an international story. Remember, it's not just about Victoria anymore, it's about how the Hungarian porn business treats its people. It's about the power Tom Media appears to have to pull a model down.

Some people might say Victoria is not that important or not that big a star - that doesn't matter anymore. What matters is, she is an example. She was a big enough name for her downfall to be significant. Even if she was a nobody (which she was not), the story of how she was brought down would still reflect shame on the Hungarian porn business.

If she is the enemy of the porn business in Hungary at the moment due to this false accusation, when the full story of her downfall is known in the international porn press, the Hungarian porn industry will be damaged in people's eyes by the way it has treated her.

What then if people don't buy Hungarian porn because of Tom Media ? It will be all their fault.

You let this story out beyond Hungary, imagine how the porn industry in other countries will exploit it.

It does seem that nothing will make Tom Media remove the story, so they should be bypassed somehow, or made to seem irrelevant, or discredited. It would not matter so much what is printed in there if people were to think, it is only Tom Media, you can't believe anything you read there. Maybe it's best to make them a laughing-stock or make people fear them and ridicule them out of fear.

Are there many other stories there (not like this of course) that are largely inaccurate ? Is there a rival porn newspaper that would like to have a go at them for lousy standards of journalism and not declaring their vested interest in publishing the story ? I guess the only way is to find someone who would like to use this false Victoria story as a way to expose Tom Media itself.

Maybe a mainstream journalist writing about standards of porn journalism, comparing Tom Media to Machomedia perhaps. Maybe the way the false story was used in part of the porn press to damage a rival is a story for a regular Hungarian newspaper.

The story has a lot of appeal. It has intrigue, porn politics, a wronged heroine etc. Seeing it from the point of view of a mainstream journalist, it is something that could be profitable. Also, the true story could run for as long as the false story runs on Tom Media and in the Hungarian porn community. Of course, everyone involved would have to be named.

People in the business might begin to appear to sympathise with Victoria once they know the full story, because it might be the right thing to be seen to be doing, just as at the moment the right thing to be seen to be doing is snubbing her.

But self-interest is always at the heart of things. A model might be afraid the same thing will happen to her. It is fear rather than a sense of justice that might alter the minds of people in the business.
People afraid of Tom Media. People afraid of someone who tells tales about other models. People cannot live and work in a climate of fear.

I think someone bought it for $125. The guy that's selling it said he was getting out of the adult business.

Anyway, I had a look at the Luxx Video site and there is a long list of models who have worked for Luxx. A lot of quite big names, Julia Taylor, Tera Bond, Liz Honey, Cindy Lords, Sandra Iron, Dora Venter and Simony Diamond, among others. I don't know if this actually means all these models are Luxx models, but they have worked for Luxx Video.

But most interesting of all, Christina Bella. She worked with Victoria Swinger and Mya Diamond on the film Emperor in 2006. She also works for Myadiamond.com as the Number Two model. She is a Private girl as well, with her own Private Life. She is not a Tom Media model, as she does not appear on the Tom Media modellek page. I should imagine that she would not know anything about the source of the false Victoria story at the moment.

Membership of Myadiamond.com is $29.95 for one month. Myadiamond.com is updated on a daily basis and is a busy site, always creating new material.

For those that like her unique exotic look, Mya is a popular model at the moment. On the Myspace website she has 1576 friends, who might be classed as fans.

Wow ! That's cheap. $100 for the affil-iate site with earnings. Someone can get a piece of the action for $100 ! This is not Myadiamond.com, but Miadiamond.com, which seems to be a lead-in site, but one which you don't have to use to get to Myadiamond.com. You can get to Myadiamond.com directly.

I assume Mya Diamond does not own Miadiamond.com, but might own Myadiamond.com. It is a bit confusing.

Will "affil-iate" post with a hyphen. It won't on its own, I think. Another odd feature of the posting software.

Good, that was a test. Miadiamond.com (I can write that) is some kind of related site, but not actually Myadiamond.com, Mya Diamond's official website. But Miadiamond.com is actually up for sale, or was about 3 weeks ago. Check it out. Put Miadiamond.com into Google and you get it right away.

Miadiamond.com is not Myadiamond.com, but it is up for sale for $100 on Google (16.01.2007).

The articles (Steve Hartley, Jassy) are also on flegma.b13.hu. Maybe a full reply might be easier there, printed just after.

There is a link with the article on Tom Media, "Szolj hozza a hirhez" for comments, but that is not fair as people might not press on the link to read the comments. What there should be is a full reply just after the article on the main Tom Media page, for proper balance.

2007-02-13 17:03   jerkoff

I guess at the moment the Tom Media models will believe what is on Tom Media about Victoria. The Luxx models who know Victoria well will not believe what is on Tom Media. But perhaps what matters the most is what the models who are neither Tom Media nor Luxx believe, and what they would believe if the full story came out.

No chance Tom Media will allow Victoria to give her side of things on their page. They should do, but they won't. It will have to come out somewhere else.

The same thing for other people in the business. It's really a matter of what the people who have nothing to do with Luxx or Tom Media think, or what they would think if they knew the full story.

2007-02-13 15:43   conspiracy theory

It seems like Myadiamond.com existed before Mya left Luxx and joined Tom Media, so her work there is in no way dependent on her work for Tom Media. It seems like General Entertainment LLC is not anything to do with Tom Media.

Both Myadiamond.com and Eveangel.com have the same Customer Support section with Lost Password, Cancel Membership, Billing Support, FAQ and Email Support.

2007-02-13 15:07   conspiracy theory

Had a good long look at Myadiamond.com and Eveangel.com.

Myadiamond.com has list of Top Models, Members Favourites. Mya Diamond is at Number One, with Christina Bella at Number 2, then on: Clara G, Aphrodite Night, Candy Blonde, Joanne, Lara Craft, Bambi, Dorina. Andy Brown, Valentina Velasquez, then Sandy. But only Mya Diamond out of that list is on the Tom Media "Modellek" list, so only Mya herself of the models working for the website are Tom Media models.

Eveangel.com has a similar list of My Girlfriends, which is enormous and has maybe 30 models, as against 12 Members Favourite models for Myadiamond.com.

It seems there are a lot of models working for the two websites who are not Tom Media models.

Frankly, of the two sites, Myadiamond.com is the better set out, but Eveangel.com maybe has more happening and more models, but that makes it look cluttered.

Both sites seem to use the same people for members to pay etc.

General Entertainment LLC seem to be the people who administer and create the sites themselves.
