Yes, she used a past certificate and got someone to change the dates using photoshop. Pre the HIV scare in Hungary, models could work using copies of their medical certs. After the HIV scare, the original was required for a model to work.
Notice how Ms Swinger suddenly had no work for about 3-4 months after the HIV scare in Hungary. Also another model who knew the person who was photoshopping the certficates also had one done after the HIV incident but was found out. She was doing a scene with Mick Blue, but rather than telling everyone, Mick kept this to himself to give that model a chance.
The whole thing is totally unbelievable. I also believe this is the reason her website closed right after the HIV scare hit! Her second website fell apart prior to launch and the reason given was "personal problems"... makes you wonder which personal problems!

So she used a past certificate saying HIV negative to cover a period where she had no proper test done, which means it was just a matter of luck she did not have HIV during this time, whereas everyone else she worked with had the proper tests. If she had been infected (which she was not) no-one would have known.

No, she did not have proper HIV tests for that period. She is not finished because no one seems to want to run this story apart from Tom Media and I believe Kovi is blocking other people from publishing.
However, I do not think she is getting work now other than through Kovi but it does seem that Kovi is keen to promote her where possible (for instance, the awards handed out at festivals and ceremonies are chosen by Kovi, not by the amount of votes cast (to confirm that, ever noticed how all Kovi's models win the Kovi hosted events and all Tom Media models win the Tom Media hosted events))

She faked 9 certificates !!! She didn't want to pay for 6 because she was too mean to pay for them ! Didn't she earn enough money ? Did she have proper HIV tests during this period ? If she did this only to save money, she is probably finished.

Unfortunately, there is a little more. She forged 9 certificates! Only three of them were actually ones where she was medically unfit to work in the business, and the other 6 were through her not actually wanting to pay for the test (which is expensive in Hungary) and just forging a past certificate to cover the date range.
She still worked in hard scenes unprotected knowing that she was infected with an illness and potentially passing this on to all she worked with. You can see why no one in Hungary wishes to work for her.
I am mostly surprised with Machomedia covering this up. They know about it yet have refused to report. Maybe Gergo's relationship with Kovi is financially based and not just friends.

So she had a genuine test and was negative for HIV but positive for Thrush. There is a genuine certificate showing this, but she forged a certificate to say she was negative for HIV and negative for thrush. No wonder people got the idea she faked an HIV certificate, even if it's inaccurate.

She'd better explain why she did this and what was her state of mind at the time. The only thing that could excuse this type of behaviour is if she was having some sort of mental breakdown at the time through pressure of work. Her behaviour can only be described as irrational.

She is a very silly girl. Honesty is always the best policy. Melissa Lauren had chlamydia twice and pelvic inflammatory infection but not HIV, and she continues to work. She might have ruined her career through not being honest. She should not have been so paranoid about people finding out she had thrush, which is curable.

She should continue to work. Thrush is not HIV. People might not be able to trust her but they can trust the certificate, which is all that really matters. As long as she's now cured of thrush, things should be okay.

The complaints are over the fact that she reportedly forged certificates when she had tested positive for an STD called "Soor" (aka Thrush in English). She has never been infected with Aids or HIV. I think the certificate is showing that she did have this (look towards the bottom and it will show Soor (gomba) but was also working during the time this period was issued using a forged note. Make your own mind up if she should be working or not. The discovery was only made 1 month ago but the incident occured in 2005.

She couldn't be infected. If she was infected, someone she had sex with would be infected, and they in turn would have infected someone else, leaving a trail of infection. This is what happens in the industry when there is a source of infection, and it can always be traced back to the origin. If no-one she has had sex with is HIV positive, she could not ever be infected. Has anyone she has had sex with ever tested positive ?

This doesn't clear things up. What she needs is to have a test done by someone everybody trusts, a clinic that has always given true and accurate results. If this is okay, everybody should be happy.

And this certificate proves what exactly. That someone did not have AID's or HIV and had taken a legitimate test. Just proves that this was a scandal to bad name Victoria Swinger and the certificates prove her innocence. Keep up the good work Victoria and ignore these bad naming fools (probably Tom Media trying to attack Kovi)
