Mental illness is a great excuse. She could claim she didn't know what she was doing aqnd didn't know what was happening to her, and she didn't get treatment for it because she was too afraid of being put in an institution. So like a trooper she just kept working where she should have taken time off work and got some anti-depressants. She might be able to get some sympathy is she used this approach.

If she was so physically ill that she was crapping herself and smelled bad, the director/producer should have not used her and sent her home, or got her a doctor, despite the certificate saying she was okay. They would not have known she was infected with an STD, but if she was ill, they should not have used her.

How much does Private know about this ? Does she still work for them through Kovi ? I emailed Private about why there was no Private Life of Victoria Swinger (as there was a Private Life of about everyone else). I got no reply from them.

Little more news which was never released. The way the awards are fixed is what caused Mya Diamond to leave Luxx and get banned from ever appearing again in another Private Production.
At the Debrecen Festival, Mya won the Queen award and this was (I believe) through sms votes not by a director choosing. Basically, this festival I believe was organised by a non director who wanted it all to be done correctly.
So, come results day and Mya won. Victoria Swinger and Maya Gold immediately complained that they had worked harder and why was she chosen for the award. They did not know this was actually being done by votes. Mya fought back and Kovi intervened standing up for Victoria and Maya and Mya then refused to do Porn Wars as a result.
Private got involved and said that if she did not return to Porn Wars she would never be in another movie for them. Mya refused, left Luxx and moved to Tom Media. Notice how the lead role on Porn Wars 1 was Mya Diamond and suddenly the very same character in part 2 became Tera Bond.. hehe

Kovi will probably do nothing about this issue unless it gets into the mainstream or sites other than his competitors start speaking about it. What does he have to gain by reprimanding or firing one of his big name contract models? Simple answer, nothing. What does he stand to gain if she remains working by covering up this story? Simple answer, everything. He has just released Porn Wars 2, with number 3 on the way of which Victoria stars and he also has a movie coming out called Dance Academy which Victoria also stars.
Basically, he gains nothing by speaking up.

It seems like Swinger and the other model were missing out proper HIV tests to save money and assuming they were negative beacuse the last test they paid for said so. But they could be infected at any time in this industry and they assumed other actors were acting in good faith when they presented their certifcates prior to work. But if anyone had HIV it would have infected the rest.
