Susana Spears (make sure you check the variants of the spelling when googling) is an abolsute GODDESS, hands down! What a gorgeous woman, and I applaud the fact that she won't do hardcore! They can live without America for how long? Without American Protection how long would the House of Saud survive or Kuwait, or the Emirates or any state in the region other than Iran. The Arabs haven't lived in Peace with each other or their neighbours since the Death of Muhammad and even when he was alive they never stopped fighting. As soon as the Arabs built new Oil Pipelines another group of Arabs would be blowing them up. As soon as they built a refinary another group would be sacking it for parts. As soon as they built a ship another Arab would sink it. If they drill for Oil who's going to buy it. The Western oil companies would simply under cut any new Arab supplier on price and put them out of business. Where would Arab Tankers sail to... across the sands. The Arabs wouldn't be spending their wealth on Oil, they'd be desperately buying weapons to protect themselves from the Russians, Chinese and of course the Iranians.. to say nothing of each other. How many Arab Microprocessor or Memory chip designers are there again? How many modern products are stamped with Made in Arabia. Remind me again, apart from the Camal, what mode of transport is actually made by an Arab nation. Their only home grown export is Terrorism. The Arabs having nothing without the West, except a Communist future.

You're mostly correct, but you seem to be neglecting to realize that the 50% wealth they have acquired from profit shares could easily buy back all that equipment 100-fold. It would be an insignificant dent in their pockets to invest in their own equipment and drive this ship solo.

If you're poor and your people are starving but under your back lawn you had a source of wealth but you didn't know it was there, or have the technology to remove it even if you knew it was there... and a company approached you and said, I'll give you 50 million dollars up front and 50% of all the profits, I'll bring the drills, build distribution networks, sort out the marketing and pay for all the labour costs, including building shelters for your workers, build a road network and ships, fuck it I'll throw in a huge refinary too and provide miltary security all you have to do is get your hands a bit dirty... is that really stabbing you in the heart.
The problem with the Arabs is that they don't share the wealth except among people within there own immediate families.
Believe me, if the West pulled out of the middle east and took with it all the Western Technology and equipment the Arabs would be left with four things
1) Sheep
2) Sand
3) The Koran and the associated family spat
4) The Abacus
