Dude, to be honest we are lucky to have the girls listed that are already on EBI. I could be wrong, you should ask Sbando, but these guys aren't making millions on this site. What they do is mostly at their convienence and because they like doing it. I've tried to get babes listed and sometimes it takes months. What they do is not easy work and it takes time. There will probably not be a time when "every single eurobabe" is listed here. Plus the more recent girls are more popular that ones from the 70s and 80s. But that is not to say that they are not ever going to be listed here. The EBI guys add some of these classic girls all the time, but it is a slow process because it takes time. I'm sure if you want to make a sizable donation to EBI, they would probably list whoever you like, but again ask Sbando.
